formsPlayer Community Edition 1.5 roadmap

This page contains a list of features and bug-fixes that are currently being worked on. Where possible we've indicated the build of formsPlayer in which the change will be available.

formsPlayer Community Edition 1.5.6

The following new features will be available in this release:

• interfaces to allow Selenium to control xf:trigger via mouse clicks;
• active document server that allows XForms delivered using application/xhtml+xml to run in Internet Explorer. This module has been available for quite a while in Sidewinder, but now will also be available with formsPlayer.

The following XForms 1.1 features will be available in this release:

• the value attribute on the value element;
• the xforms-submit-serialize event;
• the encoding and decoding functions.

formsPlayer Community Edition 1.5.7

The following new features will be available in this release:

• full support for the use of images from instance data when using @mediatype on output.
