control becoming enabled within a disabled group enables group

If a disabled group contains a control that dispatches xforms-enabled during recalculate, the group may become erroneously enabled even if the node to which it is bound remains disabled.

The attached file demonstrates this, the group "Stage 4" should remain disabled until "4" is selected from the select1. Filling in the textbox in "Stage 1" will cause "Stage 4" to errroneously become enabled.
