CSS styles for XForms, SVG, MathML and XBL are not interpreted

Description

As a result of bug 864, there is currently no way to set CSS styles on elements in the XForms, SVG, MathML and XBL namespaces. This situation can be easily addressed by tweaking the IE-rendering XSLT in such a way as to preserve namespace prefixes from the source document. Resolution of this problem should also decrease the urgency of bug 864.

This issue has been resolved; the fix will be available in versions >= 2.1.0.1005 of the Sidewinder Viewer.
