Description

To improve load times, the contents of xf:switch/xf:case should not be loaded until those cases become selected.

This feature has now been implemented.

Note that this is a step towards the standard behaviour in XForms 1.1. The other aspect that needs to be added is that if a case becomes unselected again, its controls should no longer receive events.
