Examples and tutorials covering Custom Controls

Hi,
I am interested in the possibility to create custom controls, which as far as I know is a key feature of formsPlayer 1.5.
However, I cannot find examples or tutorials covering this subject (I found something in the handbook section, URL http://www.formsplayer.com/node/378, but it does not really cover the subject).
Could somebody point me to resources (a tutorial would be perfect, but also a simple working example would be ok) about custom controls?
