Description

No xforms-submit-done event is fired when using a submission with a "put" value for the method attribute in formsPlayer 1.4.3.1038.

This problem is a duplicate of an issue that has already been resolved in the 1.5 branch. I'm porting that fix back to formsPlayer 1.4 accordingly.

Resolved. This bug will be available in formsPlayer versions >= 1.4.3.1040.
