Uninstallation of shared components is not sane

Description

Alex Sansom reports that uninstalling formsPlayer Developer Edition results in many shared components being left on the disk, still registered. This problem may or may not have been related to an upgrade that was made to formsPlayer after formsPlayer Developer Edition had already been installed.

I've reproduced this problem with a straight install/uninstall of formsPlayer Developer Edition. The components that are left behind are all those that originate from separate merge modules outside of formsPlayerDE.msi; files that are directly included in the .msi are removed successfully.
