XHTML schemata fail to load

Description

The new XHTML schemata added in version 2.0.5 are failing to load. As a result, all rendering is occurring in best-effort mode.

Some further information. The parser is reporting the following error:

http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd#/schema[1]/attribute[position() = 1 and @name = 'lang']
Duplicate definition of attribute with name "{http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace}lang".

Note: Pending resolution of this bug, the older (incorrect) XHTML schemata have been put back into the distribution.
