When purchasing a formsPlayer Single Project Licence for your XForms project, you will be asked to provide x-port.net with the base URL of your project and the target URL for a configuration file that will be stored on your server. This data is then used to produce the configuration file that will remove or customise the branding on all of your forms that refer to it.
In order to refer to this configuration file, you must add an appropriate fp:config attribute to the first XForms model element in each of your forms.
For example:
...
<xf:model id="my-model" fp:config="http://www.example.com/fpconfig.dat">
...
</xf:model>
...
After adding this attribute, the formsPlayer branding will be removed or customised as desired, for all users that view your forms.
Licences are available to be purchased online from Greymatter.com.
