Conclusion

RDFa provides an efficient, compact mechanism by which to add metadata to an XHTML document. This metadata can be as simple as a few statements, but ranges up to the full power of RDF. In addition to providing this expressive power, RDFa provides a simple way to refer to 'resources' from within a web-page--i.e., an 'information resource'.
