I have installed sidewinder but parts of it don't seem to work. Pressing open file, help etc don't do anthing at the moment?
I believe some samples programs where meant to be installed with it including an example which connects to a access database. I can't find these examples. Anybody know where they are? The best I have found is the meta-test.webapp but as you know it demonstrates sidewinder and not an applications.
I was also under the impression you could get SVG graphics to dynamically change based on values of nodes in your xforms xml model data, as is shown in the whether web service examples on the bottom of http://www.formsplayer.com/content/index.html. Online SVG tutoirals only show how to create dynamic graphics.
Can someone show me where I can find examples or tutorial to connect sidewinder xforms to the database and also link SVG graphics to XForms components.

The samples were originally included with the Sidewinder 1.0/formsPlayer 2 combination. We've not included them in the Sidewinder 2.0 installer, partly because they are being restructured to mirror changes in Sidewinder, and partly because we will shortly be distributing them via a Subversion interface, rather than in the installer. This will make it much easier to manage these applications, and also allow other people to contribute to them.

SVG to XForms
What about the XForms to SVG example? Anybody know where I can find these.
I intend to get some SVG graphics to change based on the values of nodes in my xforms model data. The user would not use a trigger to change the nodes but depending on a count function a node would be made relevant or not. Does anybody know if I will be able to get SVG graphics to change based on the changing values of the xforms model nodes?
