Initially, I had 1.4.1.1009 installed.
I installed one of the later versions of forms player 1.5.4.xxxx (and nothing worked)
The splash always said 1.4.1.1009.
In 'add remove programs' there were two forms player entries.
I uninstalled both.
I tried to install version 1.4.1.1009 from your web site by going through downloads etc...
All I got was a page with 'Page Not Found' at the top.

I tried installing 1.4.3.1040 and I imediately get the result screen that asks if the version number displayed is correct and that if it is missing then I have had installation problems.
I tried 1.5.4.1030 and I got the installation dialog boxes however after installation the version information was blank.
