Fixed: Various installation problems that were preventing MSXML from being installed.
Fixed: IE was displaying the error "Error opening registry key" under certain conditions.
Fixed: Data saved using the cookie: and file: protocols did not indent.
Fixed: A repeat with @appearance="compact" was rendering normally if the final node in the repeat was text.
Fixed: Some controls would not work if some of the XForms namespace prefixes had no corresponding import instruction
