Can't Upgrade to 1.5.4.1033+

Starting with the 1.5.3.x series, I tried installing and upgrading up to the latest release (1.5.4.1033 as of today, 11 November). I cannot get any of the 1.5.4.103x versions to install. After trying to load the page, my version appears blank. I'm currently at 1.5.4.1026.
