xf:submission stops working after xforms-submit-done AND xforms-submit-error happen

The attached form contains a xf:trigger that sends a submission when clicked. The submission seems to recieve both xforms-submit-done AND xforms-submit-error. After this the submission does not get sent on subsequent clicks of the trigger.

The same submission is triggered by the xforms-value-changed event on the xf:input located above the trigger in the form. The submission should happen multiple times as the @incremental attribute is set to 'true' but doesn't.
