"Early" error messages can not be dismissed

Description

The attached form displays a formsPlayer error message that occurs during the loading process. The message window has no way to dismiss it and, because it is modal, causes the browser to become locked. The only way to continue is to kill the browser process.

A fix for this issue will be available in a forthcoming build. In the meantime, the messages can be dismissed using ALT+f4.
