Modal and modeless messages can't be moved by dragging

Description

Contrary to version 1.4.3.xxxx, the xf:message appear behind comboBox and is not moveable.

Is-it possible to correct this bug. It's very upsetting for the user.

Hi Paul,

xf:message can now be moved but they still display under comboxes.

The 'moveable' part of this bug has been fixed, but the 'showing through' part has not. We've therefore created a new bug, titled Various controls 'show through' XForms messages, help and hints, and changed the title of this one.
