This application should have no menus, and should be slightly opaque (i.e., any applications below should show through a little). It should be positioned in the top right corner of the screen.
Each of the text blocks should have a different background colour--this one should be green, the one above, red, and the one below, blue. Within each block is a further block set to have a background colour of #000001--but since the transparency parameter is set to the same value, any applications underneath will be clearly visible and clickable in these blocks.
The application should slide off the screen to the right when the mouse is moved off it, and back on again when the mouse is moved to the top right corner of the screen.
